Michael Jenssen founded the company in 2005 and is the spokesman of the management. His responsibilities include finance, IT, human resources and strategy.

Since the beginning of 2014, Günther Reischl has been part of the Urlausplus management team and is responsible for the areas of tourism, marketing and sales.
